This modern postcard features a photograph of singer, dancer and actor Donald O'Connor (1925 - 2003). Mr O'Connor is photographed in a white tuxedo and top hat. He is squatting and has his arm resting on the shapely pantyhose covered thighs of two young chorus girls.
The original image was taken by photographer Bruno Bernard in 1960.
Bruno Bernard, who was also known as Bruno of Hollywood, photographed many stars such as Clark Gable, Tyrone Power and Elizabeth Taylor, and was credited with introducing Marilyn Monroe to Jimmy Hyde, the agent who got her a contract with 20th Century-Fox.
